Step 1
Define your Internet goals
What will be the main purpose of your web page? Sales? Customer Service? Who are your customers? Who is your competition? What ideas do you have about your website? A little planning early in the design process will make a big difference.
Step 2
Information Gathering
This is the part where the client gets to do the work. Gather every pertinent brochure, video, pictures, logos, press releases...etc., every piece of information you can get your hands on that might help present the image you wish the web site to portray. Let the world know what your company can do!
Step 3
Domain Registration
Here comes the fun part...deciding on a name for this thing. Domain names are going fast, so you want to make sure you get yours registered as soon as possible. We handle the domain registration for new domains, and handle the transfer arrangements for existing domains. We will even pay the registration costs for the first year.
Domain name renewal fees: 1 Year $ 35.00 2 Years - $ 70.00.
Once the domain name has been secured, we will locate a Hosting Provider that will meet your site's requirements
Step 4
Site Layout and First Draft
We will take the information you provided and begin designing the basic look and feel of the web site using rough graphics and basic coding. As soon as a prototype is nearing completion, the site will be placed in a secured location on our server for you to review at your leisure. We will not proceed until you are happy with the prototype. We also complete arrangements with web hosting provider.
Step 5
Final Coding
The web site and graphics are designed. Any client changes are incorporated into the final design. The site is still online so you can follow along through the entire process.
Step 6
Testing and Optimization
The web site is finalized, all graphics are finished. The site is completely tested in all of the major web browsers.
Step 7
Final Review
The site is completely finished, however we aren't happy until you are. The client will review the entire site before we upload it to the server.
Step 8
Break out the Champagne!
The site is uploaded to it's new home! The moment we have all been waiting for. Send out those press releases!
Step 9
Marketing
This is a very crucial step in the web presence process. We will submit your site to a large number of search engines and industry specific portal sites. Your web site address should be included on business cards, stationary, anything you can think of. See our Internet Marketing page for more information

Site Maintenance and Updates
Ok.....your site is up and running, you have promoted it like mad, the hits are rolling in...we are finally finished!...Right..?! .....Well actually no. In order to keep customers coming back, your site needs to constantly offer current information, prices need to be updated, new products have to be added...etc. We offer site maintenance services to help keep your site up to date.
